You're trying to login and it's just not working. We know that can be frustrating, but no worries! 1. Can you get to the login page? You can login using the menu at the top right. Look for the little silhouette of a user icon. Clicking that will open up a drop-down menu that includes a Log in option. There are other ways you can login, too, such as by clicking a link in an email you were sent, or by accessing the course you want to take and clicking on “Already have access? Please login.” If you can't find a another way to login, here's a link to the login page for you: Click to login! Once you're at the login page, you should see something that looks a little like this (it might say something different, like "Log in to [Your Community] Training Portal" instead, depending on where you are). 2. Do you know your username? Your username should have been emailed to you when an account was created for you. Check your email. If you can't find it, don't sweat - you have so many options. One option is for you to just use your email address to login. Who wants to remember a hundred different usernames these days, anyway? Another option is for you to click the link at the bottom that says "Did you forget your username or password?" - you'll be prompted to enter your email address and an automatic email will be re-sent to you that has your login information. A final option is my favourite. Click the link that says "Send me a magic login link" which just sends a link to your email address. If you click the link, you're logged in. It's magic! To be honest, this is the option that I use all the time. 3. Still having trouble? It's possible you don't have an account. It could be that you had an account on our old site that didn't get migrated properly, so your username may have changed. Or, if you haven't used your account in a long time, it may have been automatically disabled. Or it could be that there is a typo in your email address or username. If you're still having trouble, click the question mark button at the bottom right of this screen to send us a support ticket. We'll get back to you ASAP!

Before you change your password, we want to let you know something: When your account is first created, a password is automatically generated and sent to you via email. This password will keep on working until you change it. There is an interesting feature of our system that because it was a system-generated password, we can send you an email that reminds you what this password was, should you forget. (We still don't know what it is; it's encrypted, but our system can remind you.) If you want to change your password, we will no longer be able to remind you what your new password is, but if you forget that one, we can help you change it to a new one. On the login page, you may have noticed a little link at the bottom that says "Send me a magic login link." You'd be forgiven for wondering what that means! Well, it's one of our favourite ways to login: instead of having to remember and re-enter your password every time, you can click the "Send me a magic login link button." It sends an email to you with a link that authenticates your account. It's kind of like two-factor authentication - instead of entering a password, it sends you an email and if you can open the email and click on the link, it must be you, so you can login without entering your password. One thing to note: the magic login link expires. It's only good for one use and you have to click it within a few hours or else it stops working. So don't bother keeping the email with the link pinned in your inbox for future reference. Use it once, delete the email, and then the next time you need to login, you can ask for a new magic login link.

You have a login link or a password reset link in your email, and it's not working. Why not? The most likely reason is that the link has expired. Has it been more than a few hours since the link was sent to you? That's probably the cause. Try to obtain a new link. You can go back to the login page and click the links to send a password reset or send a new magic login link, and then try using the link provided in the newer email. That should resolve the problem.

Sorry to hear that. In all likelihood, someone registered you for training and made a typo on the registration form. To change it, click on your avatar/name/username to access your account menu. This little icon is located in the bottom left of your training portal. Then, click on "Your profile." From there, you should be able to edit your profile.
