You have a login link or a password reset link in your email, and it's not working. Why not?
The most likely reason is that the link has expired. Has it been more than a few hours since the link was sent to you? That's probably the cause. Try to obtain a new link. You can go back to the login page and click the links to send a password reset or send a new magic login link, and then try using the link provided in the newer email. That should resolve the problem.
