I've completed my course - how do I get my certificate?

Most courses issue certificates automatically when all lessons are marked as completed.

You can check your course progress by accessing a course home page. At the top, there will be a progress bar indicating how many lessons are complete and what your total course completion percentage is. In the sample below, the student has completed 21 of 23 lessons, equalling 91%.

If you have not yet completed all lessons, make sure you get to 100% completion. A certificate will not be issued unless this progress bar is at 100%. (Often, we find that students are forgetting to mark the final lesson as completed.)

How do I receive my certificate?

When a certificate is issued, you will receive an email that contains a link to your certificate. Additionally, you can access all your certificates from your dashboard, by clicking on the Certificates tab. There’s also a quick link on the left navigation panel.

My progress bar is at 100% and I still don’t have a certificate

Some courses intentionally do not issue a certificate. This is typically in the case where the course is not sufficient on its own to constitute HIFIS training. Were you instructed to complete more than one course?
