How do I get a new certificate for a course I've already completed?

If you want to (or are required to) retake a course you’ve already completed, first you need to reset your course progress, otherwise a new certificate will not be issued.

First, go to the course page for the course you intend to retake. Then, click the Restart Course button:

Then you can proceed as normal as if you’re completing the course for the first time, and a new certificate should automatically be updated when you complete all the lessons again.
