How does it work?
Each of your staff will gain a user account with their own username and password. You can enroll them in the course(s) you want them to take, or provide them with a code and tell them to enroll themselves. When they complete the training, a certificate is automatically issued, which you could ask for as proof.
- How can I get high quality, on-demand HIFIS training for my staff, instantly? If you know the names and email addresses of all of your staff that need training, you can purchase in bulk without leaving this browser. First, find the available training you'd like to register your staff for. Then, click on "Buy now" and enter the names and emails of your staff. If you pay with a credit card online, your staff get instant access.
- Can I pay by invoice, purchase order, bank transfer, or cheque? Yes! Just use the "Buy now" button for the training you'd like to procure. Enter your billing information, then select "Bank transfer" or "Invoice me" for the payment method. Note that your staff will not gain access to the training materials until the order is manually approved by one of our staff.
- Can I purchase vouchers for future staff that I'm planning on hiring? Yes! Send us an email and we can issue a coupon code that your staff can enter for free training.
- Can you provide training for more than 30 staff? Absolutely! Our software simply has a limit of enrolling a maximum of 30 people at a time. And, if you want us to train all of your staff across your system, we can offer you a fixed-price site license, once we have an understanding of the training volume you would require.
- I like your available training options, but I want something different. Can you provide customized training? Yes! If you want to provide the same training to a minimum of 10 staff, we are happy to set up a custom course for you at no additional cost. (All of our training is priced based off of the amount of content, but there would be no setup fee for doing something special.) We can also set up a special, private community portal just for you. Let us know your needs and we'd be pleased to help you in any way we can.
